Despite the strong numbers, Online Travel Agents (OTAs) continue to struggle with turning ‘lookers’ into ‘bookers’. As the cost of acquiring new customers online continues to increase, it is critical that OTAs try and secure a booking, and generate a return on investment with each acquired user.
