Cruise ships’ navigation on the rivers of Russia begins in late April. According to tour operators, interest of regular cruise customers to this segment has not changed, but the newcomers are booking tours less actively than last year.
The majority of large Russian companies specializing in river cruises in Russia have planned first trips on April, 28. According to market participants, the number of ships may slightly decrease this year. “It is possible that the number of vessels will decline by 10-12%,” – Alexander Sosnin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company Infoflot said.
